Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at hello@wattlegroveeuca.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair.
How to request a refund: Email hello@wattlegroveeuca.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photos where relevant. We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping: For faulty items, we cover return shipping costs. For discretionary returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Subscriptions -
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by emailing hello@wattlegroveeuca.com.au. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly memberships: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after payment has been processed.
